A Colorado Twist on a Chicago Favorite. We decided to call it Spicy G! because who can say Giardiniera anyway. We added some Jalapenos to our mix to make this just spicy enough to make it addicting. Add some to your Italian Roast Beef Sandwich, Chicago Style pizza, hot dogs or really just about anything that you want to add some extra flavor and veggies too!
Ingredients - Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Red Sweet Peppers, Serrano Peppers, Jalapeno Peppers, Italian sweet red onions, Garlic, White Vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Italian Spices and Bay leaf.
